+ What are your business hours?

We are available by email and appointment Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm EDT.

+ What forms of communication do you use?

Email is our primary form of communication, but we also offer free 15 minute conusltations as well as coaching opportunities by appointmnet.

+ How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

All orders are processed within 5 business days of placing your order, and shipping generally takes 5-10 business days.

+ I need a consultation! How can I book with you?

Please reach out via email and we can set up a free 15 minute consultation or a coaching call!

+ Are you available for custom design projects?

At this time we are not accepting cutom design projects.

Please note that at this time, I only accept scheduled calls. This isn’t because I don’t want to talk to you- it’s so I can give you the best version of me when I so talk to you! By scheduling a call, I am able to properly prepare- I can make sure I do preliminary research if necessary, I can make sure I’m in front of my computer, and so I can email you any information or resources that you should see before our call so we are both prepared for a productive call. As a business owner, time is precious and I want to make sure I give you absolutely everything I can when our time is shared!
