On a personal note, as a fellow business owner who also places my trust into businesses to support mine I am deeply, deeply sorry, frustrated, and embarrassed that this has happened. I will be sending a follow up email as soon as I have more information from Squarespace- you may receive multiple follow up emails from me today regarding this issue because I want you to know what is going on and be aware as soon as there is a resolution.
